Don Julio's #2 was born from a simple belief: that the best Mexican food comes from real ingredients, real technique, and real love for the craft. Located in the heart of Troy, we've been serving our community with dishes that honor tradition while embracing the flavors of today.

Every morning, our kitchen starts early — hand-pounding tortillas, grinding spices, and preparing salsas that have been our family's signature for years. We source locally whenever we can and import the essentials straight from Mexico, because shortcuts never made a great meal.
